On January 6, 1994, he was a guest speaker at the Toronto Airport Vineyard (now Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship). With about 120 people in attendance for a four-day revival meeting, what a secular reporter later called the Toronto Blessing "fell."
Just prior to this occurance, Clark had been anointed by Rodney Howard-Browne
